A video of a game from South African Premier League showing players wasting insane amount of time for taking a corner has gone viral.

In last Wednesday night's game between Mamelodi Sundowns and Blem Celtic the Sundowns, leading 2-1, got a corner in the 81st minute, by the time they'd taken the set piece it was the 86th minute.

During the five minutes that they took for the corner, four Sundowns' players went to take the corner, three were booked, and the manager also made a substitution.

Here's the video...

Sibusiso Vilakazi put the home side ahead on the 15 minute mark before Ndumiso Mabena equalised for Celtic half an hour into the game.

The home side got into the lead again through midfielder Hlompho Kekana on 55 minutes and held on to the lead, thanks in part to wasting five minutes at the end of the game.

Gaston Sirino, Vilakazi and Hlompho Kekana were all booked for their inability to take the corner in a swift manner, before Kekana was subbed off.

The Sundowns have won the title in the past two seasons but are facing tough competition and chasing league leaders Kaizer Chiefs this season.
