Serie A champions, Juventus roared back to form with a 2-0 win over Bresica in the Serie A on Sunday night, which reignited their hopes of defending their title with the Bianconeri now moving one point clear of Inter Milan in the table.

Maurizio Sarri decided to rest star player, Cristiano Ronaldo for the clash and it did not backfire on them as Paulo Dybala flourished in his absence, opening the scoring via a brilliant free-kick in the 38th minute.

This brilliance from the Argentinian was widely hailed by the Bianconeri fans on social media with many demanding that Dybala become the permanent dead-ball specialist ahead of Ronaldo.

Ronaldo usually shares free-kick responsibilities with Dybala and Miralem Pjanic, but now fans want the 26-year-old to be made the permanent free-kick taker by Sarri - with one user commenting, "Why in GODS NAME is Dybala a 3rd choice free kick taker behind Pjanic and CR7? Pjanic I understand but Ronaldo can NOT hit from a free kick."

A second fan stated, "They really let Ronaldo take the free kicks," while a third chipped in with, "Why not let Dybala take free kicks, since Ronaldo keeps skying them." “Ronaldo is the downfall of Juve. Juve have scored two free kicks this season due to Dybala only,” claimed another, with a fifth adding, “@Cristiano don’t wanna see u take another free kick when u have this guy and pjanic on your team.”

It will be interesting to see whether Sarri listens to the opinions of the fans as the statistics do show that Ronaldo's scoring rate from free-kicks has diminished over time.
