All the rumours surrounding Ashley Young's future were put to rest last night as Inter announced that they'd signed the Manchester United full-back on a six-month deal.

But there are a number of big names still making the rounds with Jose Mourinho slamming Inter and Antonio Conte for their very public pursuit of Christian Eriksen and United inching closer to signing Portuguese midfielder Bruno Fernandes.

Without further ado, here are the biggest transfer rumours of the day:

Arsenal step-up pursuit to sign PSG's Layvin Kurzawa for free

Arsenal are reportedly front-runners in the race to sign PSG left-back Layvin Kurzawa on a free transfer at the end of the season, according to France Football.

It is claimed negotiations between Arsenal and the 27-year-old have already taken place, with a five-year contract agreed. Kurzawa is reported to have turned down an order from Inter, having been convinced to move to north London by Mikel Arteta.

The 27-year-old is out of contract at the French giants at the end of the season, meaning that he could be signed for nothing should Arsenal wish to wait another six-months.

Juventus and Barcelona in talks over Bernardeschi-Rakitic swap

Juventus and Barcelona are in talks over a swap deal involving Ivan Rakitic and Federico Bernardeschi, according to AS.

Juve are looking to strengthen their central midfield and view Rakitic, who has struggled for game time at Camp Nou this season, as a strong option. The two sides had discussed a deal on similar lines in the summer but then-Barca manager Ernesto Valverde turned down the move.

With Quique Setien now in charge, the move could be back on.

Man Utd offered PSG striker Cavani

Manchester United have been offered the chance to sign Edinson Cavani on a free transfer, Manchester Evening News claims.

The Uruguayan is available for free at the end of the season and he is looking to move to another one of Europe's top leagues. Despite initial reports to the contrary, there is little possibility Cavani will leave France this month.

Even though his contract expires in under six months, PSG are thought to still want around £30million if a permanent deal is to be done before the transfer window closes in two weeks.
