Real Madrid manager Zinedine Zidane has refused to comment on the speculation surrounding Kylian Mbappe. The French youngster has been linked with a move to the Galacticos and his recent actions with Paris Saint-Germain have only fueled those talks.

The youngster has shown visible discontent in recent weeks after being substituted in matches and, as expected, has got the press talking about a potential move in the summer.

Meanwhile, when Zidane was asked about the matter, he refused to talk about the issue out of respect for the French giants.

“He is a PSG player and I am not going to comment here what happens there. It would be disrespectful. I know Kylian very well, but I have to show respect," said Zidane, as per AS.

This is a stark contrast to the approach that the French coach took a few months ago. Indeed, the former France midfielder previously went as far as claiming that it is Mbappe’s dream to wear the white shirt of  Madrid and that he is in love with the player and the person.

"I don't know, it's the player who decides,” he said.

"At the moment he plays for Paris Saint-Germain, we'll see in the future if that changes. I know he always said his dream is to play for Real Madrid. I have known Mbappé for a long time. I am in love with him, first as a person. He came here before on trial."
