Every team wants goalscorers who can chip in with 20 goals a season. And it's a blessing in disguise if you have two players who can achieve that. But three 30+ goal-a-season players? That’s decadent beyond belief and practically cheating if you think about it.
Barcelona thrilled everyone for years with M-S-N and then Paris Saint-Germain spent vast amounts of money to disassemble that unit and put together their own trident to varying success. And lest we forget Madrid's B-B-C!
Here are 5 incredible attacking trios who have scored 100+ goals in a season:

5. Cristiano Ronaldo, Karim Benzema, and Gareth Bale (100 Goals, 2014/15)
No trio has won as many Champions Leagues as the B-B-C. Cristiano Ronaldo, Gareth Bale, and Karim Benzema scored exactly a century of goals for Real Madrid during the 2014/15 season. The previous combined best for the trio was 97 in the 2013/14 campaign.
Ronaldo was responsible for 61 of the goals while Benzema chipped in with 22, and Bale racked up 17 in his second season in Spain. When they’ve shone it’s been more a duo, with Benzema and Cristiano doing most of the lifting (Bale was a bit-part player for their last two seasons together) than as a proper trio.
4. Lionel Messi, Samuel Eto’o, and Thierry Henry (100 Goals, 2008/09)
Barcelona’s affinity with 4-3-3 will always see them feature heavily in a list about front threes. And the fearsome trio of Lionel Messi, Samuel Eto'o, and Thierry Henry were blitzing opponents left, right and centre after Pep Guardiola took over, making them the best team in the world.
Messi started that season on the right and scored 38 goals in 51 appearances, with Eto'o on target 36 times in 52 games and Henry not too far behind with 26 in his 42 matches for the Catalan club en route to a treble of La Liga, Copa, and Champions League titles.
3. Jonathan Soriano, Alan Carvalho, and Sadio Mane (108 Goals, 2013/14)
Only Red Bull Salzburg has managed to break Spanish domination when it comes to scoring a mindless number of goals. In the 2013-14 season, the Austrian team scored 108 goals thanks to the fantastic trio of Jonathan Soriano, Alan Carvalho, and Sadio Mane.
Soriano scored the highest number of goals (48) while Carvalho chipped in with 37, and current Liverpool player Mane scored 25. Salzburg were crowned Austrian champions and went on to win the double for the second time in their history.
2. Cristiano Ronaldo, Karim Benzema, and Gonzalo Higuain (118 Goals - 2011/12)
The 2011-12 season was termed by some newspapers as "La Liga de los Récords" (The League of the Records) as Real Madrid broke several long-standing records throughout the season, the most prominent being most goals scored in a season.
Cristiano Ronaldo, Karim Benzema, and Gonzalo Higuaín scored 118 goals between them. It was Benzema’s most successful season in a Madrid shirt to date (32 goals) but of course, Ronaldo led the way with 60 goals across competitions. Madrid also went on to record the highest number of total points (100) in one La Liga season.
1. Lionel Messi, Neymar, and Luis Suarez (131 Goals, 2015/16)
Lionel Messi, Luis Suarez, and Neymar broke an incredible goalscoring record in the 2015/16 season by scoring 131 goals between them. With that, they bested their previous record of 122 goals in the 2014/15 season.
Suarez netted 59 times, Messi scored 41 goals and Neymar struck his 31st strike in the Copa del Rey final, which means, overall, "MSN" were responsible for 131 of Barcelona's 177 goals in that campaign. During the previous season, Messi finished as the club's top scorer with 58 strikes, while Neymar and Suarez followed with 39 and 25 respectively.
