Real Madrid manager, Zinedine Zidane's job at the club is in jeopardy according to a report from La Sexta’s Josep Pedrerol in El Chiringuito.

As per Pederol, the Frenchman's situation at the Bernabeu is very fragile at the moment, following the style in which they have gone around their business this season.

It has been reported that Zidane's message to the squad has not been "very effective" this time around, though he will travel to Istanbul as the Los Blancos prepare for their clash against Galatasaray in the UEFA Champions League.

While El Chiringuito are not known to be the most reliable TV show in the Spanish media, there is no doubt that Zidane is under pressure following their 1-0 loss to Mallorca in La Liga on Saturday.

Despite their struggles in Europe, Madrid have been efficient in the league, and are currently placed second in the table with 18 points from nine games, just one behind leaders and rivals, Barcelona.

Zidane, for his part, has admitted that his players need to perform better and they will look to get their confidence back ahead of the now postponed El Clasico clash, which is set to take place in December.

The postponement of the match could actually be a boon for Zidane's side as they will have the opportunity to string a good run of results and go into the game in the frame of mind as possible.
