LA Galaxy star Zlatan Ibrahimovic has stated that Pep Guardiola acts like a tough guy with his players in front of the cameras but hides when there is a real meeting face-to-face.
The Swede is not a fan of the Catalan as their relationship strained during their time at the Camp Nou. This is not the first time that Ibrahimovic has had a go at the former Barcelona coach as he had also written a lot of controversial things about him in his book, I Am Zlatan.
And now, he has once again lifted the lid on their relationship, basically reiterating what he had already said before, as he claimed that Guardiola is a good coach but not so much as a man.

“There was never any confrontation, he made sure of that. When they played against my team, I went back to the dressing room after the game and he was in a room waiting for me to leave,” AS quoted him.
“At the door, one of his assistants told him: ‘Ibra has gone, you can come out now.’ I never understood why. On television, he always plays the tough guy but when there’s a real meeting face-to-face, he hides. As a coach he is a phenomenon, but as a man…”
Zlatan Ibrahimovic stayed only one season at Barcelona and managed to score 22 goals from 46 matches at the Camp Nou.
