Barcelona travel to the Estadio Municipal de Ipurúa to play Eibar, and Ernesto Valverde's men will be looking to climb to the top of the La Liga table, at least temporarily with Real Madrid taking on Real Mallorca later in the day.
Barcelona are third on the table with 16 points from eight matches while Eibar are 14th with 9 points, two points above the relegation zone.
Here are three things to look out for as Eibar host Barcelona:
3. Make-shift Barca defence
Barcelona will be without the services of Ousmane Dembele, Gerard Pique, and youngster Ronald Araujo, who are all ruled out due to suspensions.
Valverde has little choice but to field Clement Lenglet and Jean-Clair Todibo in central defence. Samuel Umtiti and Junior Firpo are back in training following their injuries but it remains to be seen if both are fit enough to start.
2. Home form key for Eibar
Eibar have lost one and won two of their home matches this season, and that form will play a huge role when they take on the defending champions. Last season, they lost only four home games, but their record against Barcelona has been poor having been defeated in all nine games they have played them.
1. Disappointing start for the defending champions
Barcelona sit third on the La Liga table behind leaders Real Madrid and Granada who are sandwiched between the two Spanish giants.
Valverde's side have lost two games from their opening eight fixtures, but they stormed to a comfortable 4-0 over Sevilla prior to the international break and will be hoping to pick up where they left off.
