As per a study conducted by Buzz Bingo who examined the annual income of celebrities via sponsored posts, the 34-year-old has a total of 49 sponsored posts on Instagram, with each post reportedly helping him pocket £780,000-per-post, thereby ensuring that he easily comes out on top.
Ronaldo's on field rival, Lionel Messi came in second with his 36 sponsored posts netting him £518,000 each, with the Barcelona superstar earning a total of £18.7m through the social networking site.

Former Manchester United and Real Madrid midfielder, David Beckham finds himself third on the list despite retiring way back in 2013. The 44-year-old earned £8.6m with £286,000 each coming for 30 sponsored posts.
Paris Saint-Germain forward, Neymar came in fourth with £5.8m in earnings while LA Galaxy superstar, Zlatan Ibrahimovic rounds up the top five list netting a total of £3.2m for his 20 sponsored posts.
Ronaldo, Messi and Beckham come in the top three of the overall list, ahead of celebrity Kendall Jenner.
