FC Barcelona defender Gerard Pique ensured that he spent a great time in the international break by appearing on 'El Hormiguero', one of the chat shows on Spanish TV.

Recently, Pique had also been on Hormiguero's rival show 'La Resistencia' and their social media account labelled the defender as the new Luis Figo as their way of joking about him visiting the rival.

Pique hilariously responded by stating, "And the pig?", referring to the famous incident as the Portuguese tried to take a corner kick during his return to the Camp Nou after leaving Barcelona for Real Madrid.

Despite this insane reply, 'La Resistencia' had the last laugh, as they told Pique to look for it at another corner flag, sharing a clip of Trent Alexander-Arnold's quick corner against Barcelona in the Champions League semi-finals, thus incredibly trolling the 32-year-old defender.

Recently, Pique was at the centre of yet another controversy as he fired a warning to the club's board of directors, insisting that the squad are not looking to go to war with club officials over allegations of player power.

This idea of player power has always been prominent at Camp Nou, with the likes of Pique and Lionel Messi thought to have a huge influence on how things are done at the club.
