The best clubs in football will be touring different parts of the world in order to attain high levels of fitness during their pre-season campaigns.
Many clubs have already started playing these exhibition matches with all clubs giving valuable experience and chances to their young academy players.
Here's a look at five of the most highly-rated youngsters who will feature in the International Champions Cup:
5. Oliver Skipp - Tottenham Hotspur
New record signing Tanguy Ndombele will definitely be the first name in midfield for Mauricio Pochettino but Oliver Skipp could prove himself worthy on tour and thus gain a consistent spot in the Spurs starting XI as players like Victor Wanyama and Eric Dier have regressed in the past couple of seasons. Harry Winks and Moussa Sissoko have been good and they could do with some competition.
If Skipp performs well in the coming weeks, then he'll definitely force Mauricio Pochettino to think of him as an option in the Premier League.
4. Moise Kean - Juventus
Moise Kean has actually already proved himself to be one of the best young talents in world football at the moment but on this tour, he needs to make a telling statement which could promote him to a starting XI spot at the club for the next season.
There were reports of Juventus being open to selling him this summer in order to get Mauro Icardi, but in the larger scheme of things, he could be too valuable for the Bianconeri to lose.
In the pre-season, Kean will have the chance to impress new coach Maurizio Sarri and thus gain more prominence in the Juventus squad going forward.
3. Renan Lodi - Atletico Madrid
With the departures of key players like Diego Godin, Rodri and Antoine Griezmann, Atletico Madrid will lineup a very young squad with exciting players for the tour.
That includes Brazilian left-back Lodi, just 18-years-old and signed from Athletico Paranaense. The young defender was confident on his arrival at Atletico as he said, "I would say I define myself as an athlete. I defend well and I attack very well."
If he plays as well as he talks, Atletico could have a star on their hands, once again.
2. Rodrygo - Real Madrid
While Real Madrid went on a major overhaul in the transfer market this season by buying established superstars this summer, they also have Rodrygo, an unproven talent from Brazil, who will get the opportunity to prove himself on the summer tour for Los Blancos.
Fans will definitely be interested in seeing more of Rodrygo on tour whereas Zidane too might be able to decide if the Brazilian is worthy of a long shot at Real Madrid.
1. Angel Gomes - Manchester United
Gomes has been at Manchester United since the age of six, when he joined the academy. He represented the under-17s on trial during a tournament in Slovakia in October 2013, before signing for the club in May 2014.
On 27 August 2016, Gomes became the youngest player to score a hat-trick for Manchester United at academy level since 2001. In 2017, he signed his first professional contract with Manchester United.
A month later on 26 January 2018, he made his FA Cup debut as an 88th-minute substitute for Marcus Rashford in a 4–0 Fourth Round victory against Yeovil Town. Gomes made his first appearance of the season on 26 December 2018, replacing Juan Mata in the 81st minute of a 3–1 home win over Huddersfield Town.
