The fourth clash of the Hero Intercontinental Cup is scheduled to take place between India and Korea DPR at the Transtadia Arena in Ahmedabad on Saturday evening.
Both India and Korea DPR took the lead in their first game but ended up losing their clashes to Tajikistan and Syria respectively.
Here are the three things to look out for as India take on Korea DPR on Saturday:
3. Sandesh Jhingan and Anas Missing
Coach Igor Stimac will have to work on his centre-back partnership as Sandesh Jhingan and Anas Edathodika will again be missing against the North Koreans.
Rahul Bheke and Adil Khan will partner each other at centre-back with Subhasish Bose and Pritam Kotal taking the full-back spots.
India will definitely face issues in central defence as they did against Tajikistan.
2. Jobby Justin and Sahal to steal the show
Young forwards Jobby Justin and Sahal Abdul Samad will be partnering Indian legend Sunil Chhetri and Udanta Singh to form the four man attacking line for the Blue Tigers.
These are exciting times for both these players and we expect them to deliver against North Korea. Their smart runs into the box coupled with their technical ability will only compliment India's gameplay going forward.
1. Starting XI and Predictions
India's possible XI: Amrinder, Pritam Kotal, Adil Khan, Rahul Bheke, Subhasish Bose, Amarjit Singh Kiyam, Vinit Rai, Udanta Singh, Sahal Abdul Samad, Sunil Chhetri, Jobby Justin.
North Korea's possible XI: Tae Song, Thong IL, Kuk Chol, Yong Chol, Chang Ho, IL Gwan, Hyon Jin, Un Chol, Un IL, Yong IL, Thae Hyok.
Prediction: Both managers are looking for a win, however both teams have some looping holes that need to be filled and the match might be decided on who makes the least mistakes. Nevertheless, we expect this one to be a 1-1 draw.
