Chelsea and Madrid reached an agreement last week and the Blues are set to receive up to £130 million once add-ons are included.
Hazard was on top of Zinedine Zidane's list of transfers this summer and Florentino Perez insured that the French coach got exactly what he wanted.
And Guardiola believes that Real Madrid have pulled off one of the greatest transfers seen in recent times.
As reported by AS, on being asked about Hazard's move to Los Blancos, former Barcelona manager Guardiola said, "The player they’ve signed from Chelsea is a very, very, very good player. It’s an amazing signing. He’s one of the best players I’ve seen. They’re going to have a lot of fun watching him”.
Hazard has been officially unveiled as a Real Madrid player. The forward had to wait for his official unveiling after featuring for Belgium in Euro 2020 qualification fixtures, with the transfer being finalised earlier in June.
Huge crowds were seen queuing up outside the Bernabeu earlier on Thursday before Hazard trotted out on to the Bernabeu turf to greet his new fans.
