5. Liverpool 2-0 Chelsea - €1.31 Billion

Liverpool played hosts to Chelsea at the Anfield Stadium in the Premier League on April 14th and ran away 2-0 winners to keep their title charge alive. Liverpool's squad was the more valuable one, mostly thanks to Alisson Becker and Virgil van Dijk, worth €713 million.

Chelsea's squad, on the other hand, had a value of €598m.

4. Manchester City 6-0 Chelsea - €1.34 Billion

Another defeat in Chelsea's season involved a match with high squad value, when they faced Manchester City at the Etihad Stadium. Unfortunately for Chelsea, it was a humiliating 6-0 defeat. The home team's squad was worth €710 million while Chelsea's side had a value of €625m, making it the fourth most expensive game of the season.

3. Barcelona 3-0 Liverpool - €1.40 Billion

Barcelona and Liverpool faced off in the first leg of the Champions League quarter-final at the Camp Nou. The teams went toe to toe with each other, but Barcelona came out the winners with a 3-0 victory. The home team was valued at €758 million while Liverpool was valued at  €645m.

2. Real Madrid 0-1 Barcelona - €1.43 Billion
