Former Real Madrid and current Juventus superstar, Cristiano Ronaldo has caused plenty of pain to Barcelona on the field in the past and now he has given a hilarious response on why he would never live in the Spanish city.
At 34-years-old, Ronaldo is giving no thought to retirement as yet and when he asked if he could spend his retirement soaking up the sun rays at a beach in Barcelona, the Portugese star was not too keen.
"Barcelona is not for me, no. I've been there a couple of times and I realised that they don't like me very much. But it's normal, it's because of rivalry, it doesn't matter," he said as quoted by Dailystar.

The five-time Ballon d'Or winner is known for his hardwork in aim for perfection, which leaves very less time to make friends, something which the star admits that his desire to be the best in the world may have affected his relationships when it comes to friendship.
"I could say yes ... I mean, it's not like I don't, I have some. But I can't deny it's a difficult world. It's like asking a model if she has many model friends. Politically she could say yes, but in reality they will be very rare the times that you will find her to dine at her house together with other models," Ronaldo added.
The striker has enjoyed a brilliant debut season in the Serie A, scoring 28 goals in 42 games in all competitions, of which 21 have come in the league as Juve waltzed to the title.
