Three Manchester United stars David De Gea, Romelu Lukaku and Paul Pogba will all consider moving on if their club does not manage to achieve a top four spot in the Premier League by the end of this season.
The Red Devils were knocked out of Europe earlier in the month by Barcelona and with just four league games left, Solskjaer's men find themselves sixth in the Premier League, most recently due to their unbelievable 4-0 loss to Everton in the Premier League.
By the looks of it, United need to win their remaining games in order to have a chance to see Champions League football at Old Trafford next season. But, the Guardian claims that if they fail to achieve a top four spot, a number of senior players may consider moving away from the club.
Goalkeeper De Gea has still not agreed a new deal with United amid interest from some of Europe's top clubs. The Spanish shot-stopper reportedly wants assurances about United's transfer policies in the summer before putting pen to paper. Pogba was already closely linked with Barcelona last season, however, he has openly flirted with Real Madrid this season with Zinedine Zidane too praising the midfielder.
Lukaku, who lost his place in the side to Marcus Rashford is also unwilling to stay on at the club if they miss out on the chance to play in the Champions League next season.
After their dismal loss to Everton, Manchester United will look to bounce back on Wednesday evening when rivals Manchester City make the short trip to Old Trafford in a clash that could most possibly decide the title for either City or Liverpool.
