Serie A champions, Juventus are ready to make another attempt to sign striker Mauro Icardi from Inter Milan in the summer transfer window according to a report from Italian publication, Tuttosport.
The Turin based club had tried to sign the Argentinian striker last summer only to fail in their attempts to do so, however with relations between the player and the club severly damaged due to the breakdown in contract negotiations, it is understood that the Bianconeri have more chance of being successful this time around.

The Inter club hierarchy do not share good relations with his agent and wife, Wanda Nara and with the Argentinian keen to remain in Italy if they are forced out of the club, then Juventus would come to the front of the queue for his signature.
While this report has come out, Icardi himself recently confirmed that he would remain at the club next summer, though things can change if Antonio Conte takes over as manager in the summer.
The 26-year-old made only 36 appearances for Inter last season after being frozen out of the squad for a certain period of time, but still managed to score 17 goals and register five assists. It will be interesting to see how the transfer saga plays out in the summer, considering that while he is widely admired for his talent, many question his attitude and temperament.
