Chelsea midfielder Ruben Loftus-Cheek has revealed that he has been singing the fan chant for Eden Hazard to stay every chance he gets, and is hoping that the Belgian international remains with the club rather than moving to Real Madrid.

Hazard has been linked with a move to Madrid for a few seasons now, with the Spanish club looking to make a complete overhaul in the summer, Hazard has been one of the names to pop up as a likely target.

Loftus-Cheek, however, is not giving up hope that the Belgian will stay, and has now revealed that he is singing the chant "Eden Hazard, we want you to stay" whenever he can.

"I've been singing that to his face, in the dressing room!" Loftus-Cheek told Sky Sports. "I'm sure everyone at the club wants him to stay – players, fans, staff, management included.

"He's such a talent and a player who has contributed to the club massively over the last seven years, the titles he has helped the club win. Everyone has enjoyed watching him play over the past seven years. I'm sure the club thanked him for what he's done and if he does decide to move on then I wish him all the best."

Hazard has already suggested a few months ago that he has made up his mind about his future, with many suggesting such a revelation means he will stay on with Chelsea. However, with no confirmation forthcoming, it has renewed rumours that he will end up moving to the Bernabeu in the summer.
