Real Madrid continue to be linked with Paris Saint-Germain superstar Neymar in this summer's transfer window along with many other superstars like Eden Hazard, Paul Pogba, Luka Jovic and Christian Eriksen.

However, among all those names, Neymar is one which is by far the biggest and the most sensational of all. The Brazilian still remains linked with the LaLiga side with Florentino Perez aware of the player's media profile and what he brings to the table.

AS report that his agent, Wagner Ribeiro has been spotted in Madrid in the past few weeks. Ribeiro was the one who made Neymar's move from Santos to Barcelona possible. He is now said to have been in continuous contact with Madrid supremo Florentino Perez over the last few weeks.

The report goes on to quote a source close to Neymar who revealed what needs to happen in order to attract the player away from Paris Saint-Germain. He said, "Neymar is swimming in gold at PSG. He's happy in the fine city of París and happy with his squad mates."

The source concluded, "Any move to Real Madrid cannot go ahead without the players consent and that would need Neymar telling Nasser Al Khelaifi that he wants to move".

Neymar's current deal with PSG expires in 2022 with the player on a salary of 36 million euro per season.
