Chelsea winger Willian has laughed off rumours surrounding a potential move to European giants Barcelona, revealing that, "his future is at Chelsea." The 30-year-old has been linked with a move to Spain, with it being reported that the Catalan giants have submitted a bid for the Brazilian.
It has been understood that Barcelona had submitted a £50 million bid for the winger plus Malcom only for the Blues to rebuff their offer as they look to hold on to Willian who they see as a key part of their plans going forward.
The Blaugrana are expected to submit a second bid for the winger but if Willian's statement is to be believed, he is going nowhere.
"My future is here at Chelsea, I don't know what you are talking about! I don't read the newspapers," Willian said in an interview post their 2-1 win over Newcastle United in the Premier League on Saturday.
Willian currently has 18 months left on his deal at Stamford Bridge and has made 32 appearances so far this season, netting five goals. The Brazilian has made a total of 268 appearances for the club so far since moving from Anzhi Makhachkala in 2013, helping the Blues win two Premier League titles and one FA Cup so far.
