Real Madrid captain Sergio Ramos has admitted that it could be difficult to resolve the issue between manager Santiago Solari and midfielder Isco, with the latter unable to get a starting spot in the team ever since the Spaniard took over the reins.

Solari was named the manager of Madrid following Julen Lopetegui's dismissal just three months into the season following a series of poor results. Since he has taken over, the team has righted their ship and is looking to get back into the title hunt.

However, one of the players that has been affected by the change is Isco, with the manager deciding that he is not the kind of player he wants in the team. Isco has not had a lot of appearances since Solari took over.

Ramos believes that it is next to impossible to resolve the issue between the two parties, and it is likely that Isco is just biding his time so that he can make a move in the summer.

According to AS, Ramos said, "It's complicated, at Real Madrid, everyone wants to play and that makes the coach's job even more difficult. But this is Madrid and the issue is always who gets to play and who doesn't, if we need to sign a striker, who should be in goal... the newspapers always need something to write about and we're doing our best to help them, so that you don't get bored".

It remains to be seen if the situation can be saved for the player, but for now it seems he will have to be content to sit on the bench and come on for the odd game or two.
