Everton superstar Richarlison is reported to have gained the attention of La Liga champions FC Barcelona after his more than impressive start to the new season in the Premier League.

Richarlison took almost no time in settling in new conditions in Merseyside and seeing his performance for the Toffees, the Brazilian forward was recently called up to the national team squad and scored a brilliant brace against El Salvador in the recent international break.

And now, less than two months since moving to Goodison Park, Richarlison has found new admirers in Lionel Messi's FC Barcelona.

According to Spanish outlet Mundo Deportivothe former Fluminense striker is the latest Brazilian superstar on Barcelona’s radar.

It is understood that he has already been thoroughly scouted by the Catalan side, who have made a couple of statement signings from the Premier League in recent years, namely Luis Suarez and Philippe Coutinho.

Currently, Barcelona will find it near to impossible to convince Everton for selling the player they signed this summer.

However, Richarlison himself could prove to be the key, especially after his interview with AS last week wherein he admitted that moving to Camp Nou would be his dream come true.
