Despite finishing 25 points behind City, Liverpool became the first team to beat the eventual winners, stopping them from recording a spotless campaign.

The former England striker told The Debate presenter Kelly Cates that he thinks Klopp will guide Liverpool to their ever English championship in its modern format.
"The reason why I want to tip Liverpool is that they’re moving in the right direction," he said, as quoted by Daily Star.
"They’ve got a manager in Jurgen Klopp who the players have got a lot of faith in and they’ve got fans who will keep this team going.
"Naby Keita, I believe he will be a massive player, same with Fabinho, and Shaqiri will be a great signing too.
The Reds aggressive transfer policy puts Klopp under the microscope, as he virtually won't have any excuses if the Reds finish trophyless. They kick-off their campaign at home to West Ham United on Sunday.
