Famous football journalist and transfer expert Duncan Castles has gone on to reveal that Manchester United have agreed personal terms with Juventus' Brazilian full-back Alex Sandro and further revealed that the negotiations with the player were 'easy'.
Castles states that a wage package has been agreed with Juventus left-back Sandro with a fee now having to be agreed between the two clubs.
Speaking on the Transfer Window Podcast, Castles said, "Juventus don't actively want to sell Alex Sandro but they are prepared to sell the player because they see the price is so high that they can cash in."
He continued, "Manchester United have agreed personal terms in advance with Alex Sandro, he's not particularly well paid at Juventus so it's been easy to say 'we'll double your salary if you come to us' and push for the move."
With the transfer window now scheduled to close earlier on August 9 in England, Manchester United need to speed up the process of completing the necessary legalities of Sandro's signing as other European clubs who have shown interest in the Brazilian are ready to wait until the Red Devils have been taken out of the picture.
