After completing the signing of new head coach Julen Lopetegui, who has been sacked from the Spanish national team, a day before the World Cup, Real Madrid are now looking to complete their first signing as soon as possible.

Reports from Spain confirm that Los Blancos want AS Roma's Brazilian goalkeeper Alisson Becker as their first recruit in this summer's transfer window. With multiple clubs including Liverpool interested in the keeper, Madrid are willing to act quick in order to complete the deal.

Liverpool are willing to pay Roma's asking price and Alisson himself made it clear that he wants to solve his future before the World Cup starts. However, it has been said that he prefers a move to Real Madrid over Liverpool.

The Brazilian is confident that he can compete with Keylor Navas and beat him to the number one goalkeeper spot at the Los Blancos and under a new coach, this is definitely possible.

Madrid know that bringing a top level goalkeeper will not come cheap, but they're not willing to pay more than 60 million euros for Alisson, who is one of several players they are willing to sign this summer.
