Diego Simeone's side, who won the first ever Europa League trophy back in 2010, will be looking to secure the European title for the third time in under ten years.
Here is how Los Colchoneros could lineup...
Slovenian international Jan Oblak will start between the sticks.
Right back Sime Vrsaljko will be available for selection having served his one-game ban, but Simeone may opt to start the more experienced Juanfran. Filipe Luis is likely to start ahead of Lucas Hernandez at left back for his third Europa League game of the season.
With Jose Gimenez a doubt, the vastly experienced Godin could be partnered with former Manchester City man Stefan Savic in the centre of Atletico's defence.

Gabi could get the nod ahead of Thomas Partey in central midfield. The Spaniard will be joined by Saul Níguez, who'll be starting his 51st game of the season.
Angel Correa is likely to start on the right wing. The Argentine has scored one goal and provided three assists in the competition so far.
Koke will take up his position on the left for his 47th start of the season. The 27-year-old has one goal and two assists in eight Europa League starts.

Antoine Griezmann will partner Diego Costa in attack.
Griezmann has a total of 27 goals in 47 appearances this season. In the Europa League, the 27-year-old has registered four goals and two assists in seven appearances.
Costa, on the other hand, has a total of seven goals and three assists in 21 appearances. The former Chelsea striker has provided two goals and one assist in four Europa League games.
