Jose Mourinho is a mastermind when it comes to messing with his opponents' heads, and ahead of the crucial Champions League round-of-16 clash against Sevilla, he's once managed to keep the Spanish outfit guessing.

The Portuguese manager has not ruled out a Paul Pogba return to the United line-up, tonight, against Sevilla, in the Champions League.

The Frenchman picked up an injury in Friday’s training session and couldn't feature in the weekend victory at home against Liverpool. The player did not feature in the regular training session, but Mourinho revealed that he did train a little bit by himself.

"Pogba did train after you left," Mourinho told reporters at his pre-match press conference, as quoted by Football Espana.

"Can he play against Sevilla? I don't know, we don't know yet, but he trained a little bit after you left.Do I have the ideal team for Champions League success? Not yet, but when a team reaches the last eight anything is possible."

"Now I have only one name in my mind: it is Sevilla. I know that it is very difficult to go through. If we go through to the quarter-final draw, it doesn't matter the opponent - for us or for Sevilla - will always be one of the big names in European football, but we will try."

Phil Jones, Ander Herrera, Daley Blind, and Marcos Rojo still haven't even trained with the squad. However, Zlatan Ibrahimovic and Anthony Martial did complete their training session, with the latter expected to feature from the bench tonight.
