Spanish giants Real Madrid are reportedly monitoring the situation of rivals Atletico Madrid's goalkeeper Jan Oblak and might make a shock move for him in the summer. The Los Blancos are looking to sign a new shotstopper to replace current incumbent Keylor Navas who despite impressing is seen as surplus to requirements at the Bernabeu.

According to Don Balon, Manchester United's David de Gea and Chelsea's Thibaut Courtois remain top targets but they could make a move for Oblak if they are unable to sign either of them in the summer transfer window while young Spaniard Kepa too remains an option.

Atletico's failure to qualify for the knockout stage of the UEFA Champions League has ramped up the pressure on them and a poor showing in La Liga might force them to sell some of their top stars with striker Antoine Griezmann, Oblak the most likely to leave.

Another factor which could see them moving would be if manager Diego Simeone decides to curtail his stay at the club. Paris Saint-Germain are said to be big admirers of the 24-year-old who is widely considered to be one of the best in the world.

The Slovenian who has 11 clean sheets in 20 games in all competitions this season has made 113 appearances in all competitions for club and has won back-to-back Zamora trophies which is given to the best goalkeeper in the league.
