As all the five Premier League clubs have made it to UEFA Champions League Round of 16 draw to be held in Switzerland on Monday, today we bring to you a list of possible opponents for each of these clubs.

This could see Chelsea face the likes of Barcelona, Paris Saint-Germain or Besiktas in the UEFA Champions League Round of 16 draw this season.
2. Manchester City
Pep Guardiola's Manchester City also topped their group despite losing to Shakhtar Donetsk in their last match but ended up resting key players for the Manchester derby this weekend.
The group F table toppers face a tough prospect ahead in the Round of 16 too. The Citizens could face Bayern Munich, Juventus, Basel, Real Madrid, Sevilla or Porto in their round of 16 encounter.
1. Manchester United
