AS Roma striker Edin Dzeko reveals that he misses Italian legend Francesco Totti and former teammate Mohamed Salah following their retirement and move to Liverpool respectively. The striker revealed his thoughts following a disappointing nil-nil draw against Atletico Madrid in the UEFA Champions League group stage encounter last night.
Dzeko who was in brilliant form for the Italian side last season scoring 29 goals in the Serie A, saw the result as a disappointing one but is confident that the team can improve and challenge for trophies this term.

"We did some nice things tonight but we need to do more especially in the final minutes. We had troubles against Inter and the same happened tonight. I scored many goals last season. It will be tougher this season because I don’t touch as many balls as I used to do last season", Dzeko said, as quoted by Calciomercato.
“I think we miss Totti but we need [new Liverpool star] Salah as well. He used to play close to me and now it’s all different. We must be patients with this new system and improve as a team, all together", he added.
Roma have not had the best of starts to the 2017 Serie A season, managing to collect only three points from their first two games and are currently placed 10th in the league table.
